During the past year, I have been trying to renovate my house ready for sale, and have been severely let down by builders. Sarah Garland has gone out of her way, not just to help me to sell the house, but even going so far as to organise a whole range of tradespeople to help with the renovations. She has been incredibly thoughtful, kind and generous with her time and expertise, and I would not have been able to get my house ready for sale without her help.

I can't fault the service provided by Fine and Country when selling our home in late 2022. James Pratt in particular, was with us at every stage of the process. His advice on the sales price and his attention to our prospective buyers/viewings made us feel like we were the only sale he had on at the time. The photos and video were produced with style, care and consideration (definitely not the iPhone pics you see from other agents!)
Once we had received and accepted an offer, James was still at hand to liaise with Solicitors/buyers to ensure the sale proceeded.

When viewing the house she was very knowledgeable and friendly, providing all the information we needed, but also gave us the freedom to explore by ourselves which allowed us to fall in love with the house in a relaxed, pressure-free environment.
After viewing the house she made herself available for further questions and conversation and went above and beyond assisting us in any way we needed to help us secure our dream home.
Once we had our offer accepted, she made the solicitor process so easy! She was brilliant at communicating with all of the solicitors and other estat agents in the entire chain and always kept us fully informed.
