One of our neighbours used Marie from Fine & Country, and therefore Marie came to us recommended by a friend. We were not disappointed! Each agent gave us confidence but we came away thinking Marie was the right fit for us and our circumstances. Thinking back on how the purchase process was, dealing with estate agents right from viewing/placing an offer until getting the keys is a seamless process and a very pleasant experience overall. Fine & Country at Cheam have been excellent throughout the process, delivering on everything they promised and more. They always kept you informed, arranged lots of viewings, offered good advice throughout and have persisted through a long, difficult sales process (due to probate being required) and challenging economic times. I know people like to say "I don't know what estate agents do for the money?" but this certainly wasn't the case with F&C in Cheam - they absolutely earnt every penny and deserve credit for a great service. No one compares to the energetic and professional approach to selling a property shown by Guy Simmons from Fine & Country, Oxford. After stumbling along for over six months with false starts and waning enthusiasm from another Realtor we switched to Guy and secured a buyer within three weeks. We have bought and sold several properties in our time but no other agent has applied themselves to the task as well as Guy. As we were overseas when we began the marketing process, Guy was happy to take responsibility for every detail of the task right down to beautifully styling our house for photography. He was the only agent who told us honestly what work we needed to do before putting the house on the market. He helped us find contractors and negotiated with them on our behalf. He even helped us with power washing the patio. The marketing materials produced by Fine & Country were excellent. Fine and country have not failed to impress. We went with them initially because our neighbors had sold with them with ease and fairly quickly. We have a niche property and knew it wouldn't be an easy sale. Through the sales process us and our house were treated with respect and understanding, never invasive and always caring. Once sold the attention to detail didn't stop and I know we were one of the quickest along the chain to get going with the sale.
