Can’t recommend Graham Howell at Fine & Country Coventry enough. We were blown away by his enthusiasm when we first met him. His knowledge of the market was so good it was an easy choice to make. His communication was excellent and the valuation was exactly what we were hoping for. Now the hard part - selling! …well today we have completed our house sale and Graham made it look so easy ! requested a visit to my house for valuation only at this stage and they arranged this speedily and efficiently to suit my availability.. excellent service and feedback on the day and subsequently in writing.. Very helpful and supportive. The valuation was realistic and the agent provided examples of valuations of similar size properties in the locality for comparison. the agent will be the first point of contact in the future for any subsequent action regarding valuation and sale

During the initial viewing we appreciated that he gave us space and didn't make us feel pressured or that time was limited.
