GoogleI have recently rented a flat in London through Carter Jonas in Fulham. The team is very professional, helpful, and timely. Sam Jarvis was extremely supportive and very professional from day 1 when I was doing the viewing to the moment that I got the keys to the house and even after, and also Anamaria Jerkovic in Fulham who was quite helpful and provided clear communication ahead of my moving in with all the documents and keys. The team is very quick to reply to any questions or solve any queries. They both and the team in Carter Jonas Fulham are excellent. I highly recommend them.

GoogleThe re-letting of our flat in Fulham has just been completed following a schedule of re-fitting and improvements. Carter Jonas have provided excellent support and advice throughout. We found Igor Simonov, the Head of Lettings, and the negotiator, Sam Jarvis, to be friendly approachable and effective. Sam kept us fully informed throughout and the level of service and communication was continued by Ana of the admin. team, once suitable tenants were found. It is what one would expect from a long-established multi-disciplinary national property partnership.

TrustpilotGlad I've switched away and I won't go back again
Having used Carter Jonas for a few years renting out my property, I've now changed and would never go back to them. I've had poor service consistently especially when a tenant checks out. The diligence and attention is woefully lacking. Keys lost, damage not logged, poor check out service. Tradesmen hired that do a poor job and charge silly money for doing little. Poor monitoring of tenants. Seldom been happy and glad I've switched.

GoogleTakes on landlords who flat out refuse to allow pets, says alot about a letting agency who do this.
Hi Chris, thank you for your review. On this occasion, the property you enquired about is situated on a working farm and the owner has confirmed that it is not suitable for pets. We do, however, have other properties that do accept pets. If you would like us to keep you updated on any other suitable properties please let us know as we would be happy to do so.

GoogleAs a tenant you're treated like dirt, like cattle. They never answer the phone, they decide when they'll visit you, and when you do see them face to face, you're looked down on, as if they need to clean themselves after seeing you. I can't say how they compare to others, but they've set the bar right at the bottom. Considering we pay thousands in rent they're simply too busy for us.

GoogleAvoid Carter Jonas. They seem to have a toxic view towards renters. This leads to an abysmal customer service. Landlords beware, the house I live in is wonderful and nonetheless I will be leaving so as to avoid interactions with this estate agency
