I recently used Carter Jonas in Mayfair to help find a rental property and honestly could not have asked for a better experience. Victoria looked after me from start to finish and made what can usually be a pretty stressful process feel completely straightforward. She was quick to respond, genuinely listened to what I was looking for, and didn’t waste my time with places that weren’t a good fit. Every step, from viewings through to paperwork and getting the keys, was handled smoothly and professionally. Nothing felt rushed or like I was just another name on a list. Alastair from Carter Jonas (Mayfair) made rental process such a breeze! I was new to rental in the UK, and have had heard horror stories from friends and online about terrible agents. Alastair was incredibly patient and understanding. He took the time to explain every detail and was available whenever I need him. Renting in London can be daunting, Carter Jonas erased all the negative sentiment I had attached to the Real Estate market by delivering an outstanding customer service!. They have been wonderful in helping us with our relocation by all means, always going above and beyond to please our individual needs. I guess that's what is really outstanding about them. Their team has brilliant people that really care about its customers and its always super helpful and attentive. Our renting process was smooth from end to end, no bumps on the road and they really built a great relationship with us, so actually having to deal with our Real Estate is a pleasure not a pain. I guess they have what many companies lack of, human touch. So couldn't recommend it more!! When you're looking for a new home, all you want is feeling heard and welcomed and they undoubtedly nailed that!
