I would thoroughly recommend Carter Jonas Long Melford. Throughout a somewhat protracted purchase of our beautiful new property, Will Cooper kept us informed along the way and Tommy in the office also got involved knowledgeably. This level of service is normally reserved for hotel staff, and is an experience you ,may be familiar with, as in asking a waiter what the Vichysoisse is, and getting the right answer. It's rare, but it happened here. And the answers were very nearly always right. And I'm absolutely sure Will knows what a Vichysoisse is. Well done all round and thanks also to David in the office for listening to my ramblings whilst waiting for the call to have the keys handed over. The selling process for houses in England may need fixing, but CJ doesn't. Long may it continue! Best, N & S D-H

Carter Jonas was the clear choice for us from our very first meeting. Tommy’s appraisal was a great first impression, and there was a clear distinction between their service and others we’d invited to appraise. They gave us actionable advice to prepare us for market and give us the best chance. This followed through to those in the office, who cared and knew about our sale in detail and gave us reassurance we were going to be well looked after. Thank you to Clare in particular. Andy conducted most of our viewings and was knowledgeable, and positive and we knew had provided an excellent experience for potential buyers, based on feedback. Finally, Will was invaluable in aftercare and kept us in the loop without chasing, a pleasure to deal with. An exemplary service from all and we’d have no hesitation in recommending them.

We bought our mid-terrace late 15th Century Grade 2* listed house through Carter Jonas. Oscar Bedford at Carter Jonas took very good care of us. Throughout the purchase process, Oscar was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous, good humoured, efficient and straightforward with us - always keeping us fully and honestly in the picture. Even when the purchase seemed to be getting into difficulty due to issues further down the chain - Oscar remained calm and gave us good dispassionate advice. This issue resolved itself, and we have now been in the house for two weeks. We are very happy with it and with the service we received from Oscar.

I would agree with all the extremely positive sentiments in the other Google reviews. The service I have received from Oscar and the team has been excellent. Not only did they find a buyer in double quick time but Oscar has kept me informed of progress throughout the entire transaction and I have never felt like I was losing track on what was going on. Given what a stressful time selling a house can be, it has been a massive relief to know that I wasn't going to be given the run around by the estate agent but rather they have made the whole process a great deal more bearable. I wouldn't hesitate in recommnding Carter Jonas Long Melford Branch to friends.

My Partner and I interacted with Carter Jonas in Long Melford when we looking for a new house in the area. We found that CJ were very helpful in arranging viewings and, since we were new to the area, information about the areas we were interested in. We mainly interacted with Oscar Bedford who was very helpful to us whilst at all times acting very professionally on behalf of his client. Once the target property was identified Oscar assisted in the process from when our offer was accepted through to completion and it is fair to say that he took a lot of stress out of the process. 'We were 100% happy with Charlie Philip partner at Long Melford, he was so professional, polite, attentive and made us feel we were his only clients, every query/question was dealt with straightaway. We must also mention Ben and other office staff who were also most efficient and professional. Just one point - we were unaware the fee would be subject to VAT, our naivety we're certain, but nevertheless it would be helpful to warn in advance to any other clients ignorant of this fact, an extra £1,000+ was a shock.
