GoogleWe have recently completed on the purchase of our family home and found Carter Jonas to be an extremely professional, reliable and trustworthy firm to deal with. Buying a family home is stressful under any circumstances but the team at Carter Jonas made the process a little easier by having excellent lines of communication. They were helpful in arranging numerous inspections and set out clearly the buying process. Most importantly they were readily available and very responsive to our numerous enquires. Lisa kept us informed at every stage of the sale process including when the sale was progressing with solicitors. Ian clearly runs a very professional team and we have no hesitation in recommending Carter Jonas.

GoogleWe moved are family from the north of Scotland and rented a property through Carter Jonas. We found them very friendly and polite. Willing to provide help when we needed and made the whole process as stress free as possible, even to the point of advising us and helping us do a bit of financial juggling. Would highly recommend them for letting although the caveated is that we have not rented before and so do not have a good/bad experience to compare. A potentially stressful experience made easy by a very customer friendly firm.

Google'We were 100% happy with Charlie Philip partner at Long Melford, he was so professional, polite, attentive and made us feel we were his only clients, every query/question was dealt with straightaway. We must also mention Ben and other office staff who were also most efficient and professional. Just one point - we were unaware the fee would be subject to VAT, our naivety we're certain, but nevertheless it would be helpful to warn in advance to any other clients ignorant of this fact, an extra £1,000+ was a shock. GoogleA great agency with the best properties! Buying our home wasn't straightforward and after terrible experiences with agencies, we decided to look exclusively with these guys. Thought it was impossible to find an honest, straightforward and genuinely nice estate agent but when we found Chris at Carter Jonas we were proven wrong. I wouldn't buy a house through anyone else in London.
