GoogleCarter Jonas assisted with our move from the US to Holland Park. The staff was very professional, attentive, and helpful throughout the process, even when we were doing it with a five-hour time difference. A special thank you goes to Charlotte Rudkin-Wilson, who was super responsive to all of our many questions. I would recommend her and the agency without reservation.

GoogleI have nothing but positive feedback regarding Carter Jonas and especially Lisa who dealt with our purchase. Any time we have used an estate agent I rarely have positive feedback to give for one reason or another but the service received has been outstanding. If we are promised a call back, we get it. When we have requested any additional information it has been sent across and if there is a delay in getting it then we have been notified. There has always been communication throughout the process. Lisa has gone above and beyond to help us and I would definitely not hesitate in using Carter Jonas in the future. Extremely professional company.

GoogleThis is not only the worst letting agency in terms of services provided, but they are willing to cheat to steal your money, starting with Anton Frost. They are unresponsive, rude, unhelpful. When the tenancy ended they claimed crazy amount of money for redecorating and cleaning, that was completely unjustified. After we disputed the claim with a judge, they provided photographs of the house that were up to three years old (!!!) as proof. They even provided photos of signs on the wall, and a receipt (at this point, fake) for painting the very same walls. Too bad the date on the signed wall photos was few days after the supposed repainting had happened! Avoid like plague.

GoogleI have rented a flat with Carter Jonas in Oxford for two years (2015-2017), and it was really good experience! They were very professional and friendly, took care of any maintenance issues promptly, and were fair about deposit deductions. Would definitely be happy to rent with them again!

Horrible agency. They do not care about tenants at all, they fee are ridiculous and very expensive. They charge for everything. They are very tricky with tenants ( read your contacts and everything they give you to sign very careful ).They do only care about money. Consumer services is horrible. I have not met such rude people in my life, I hope never to have to use their services anymore. I was in a difficult situation (and dear I have to pay for it).They take advantage of people.

Louise succeeded, quickly, in arranging a sale, after others had failed. From our first meeting, right through to completion, Louise was most attentive and, although backed by a very able team, she remained "hands on" throughout. Never had to chase her once, always on top of things. And an absolute delight to deal with. We would not hesitate to recommend Louise. You won't find better.

They were absolutely Fantastic & such lovely people to deal with, especially Catherine Pallet, Property Manager and her famous sheep tape measure. I have never laughed as much measuring room sizes with a sheep. I highly recommend this company. They ooze professionalism and at the same time give you fabulous customer service. They found my husband and me our “Dream Home”

GoogleWe have been delighted with the service and delivery from Carter Jonas, and specifically James Spencer, who managed our property sale. From the moment we had our first conversation, we were pleased with the speed of response, practicality of the discussions and "does what it says on the tin" approach. We discussed options for the marketing process with James and the solution we worked to delivered a sale within 36 hours - no sign ever went up outside our house. James didn't delegate the small stuff - he rolled his sleeves up, always offered views and was spotlessly on time. Whenever he was out of the office, we were well covered with other team members who picked up the baton smoothly. When we hit a couple of challenges, James was proactive and pragmatic about what needed to be done, and he got on and did it. We have moved often, including around the world, and it is a rare thing to find an estate agent you really trust with their view and delivery - we found one this time, and would use Carter Jonas again and request to have James lead the process. Thank you - it's a stressful process selling and moving, and it's hugely valuable to be working with someone you trust who is professional and organised.

The first two times we went with a few agents, but it was always carter Jonas that got the tenants so this time they were our sole agents.
