GoogleMyself and my sister were recently in the position of having too sell our elderly Uncles house in order to fund his residential care.
Not living in the Newbury area ourselves, we took care to meet and assess the main agents selling property in the area, knowing we needed someone who was professional, trustworthy and most of all that we could work with.
I am glad to say that ,Andrew Maddock, from the Newbury, Carter Jonas office proved to possess all those qualities and more.
We were very happy with the outcome of the sale and enjoyed our time dealing with Andrew..
Many thanks to all those involved.

GoogleWe recently sold our property with Carter Jonas and I have nothing but praise for the service I received. Without exception every one I dealt with was friendly, helpful, calm and professional although special mention to Simon Wright and Alison Bulmer who were my main contacts.
Once we had sold (very quickly) Simon told me that his work was just starting and true to his word, I was kept informed every step of the way. I had advice and support and updates and never felt that I was just left to get on with it by myself.
In summary, I received the service you hope for but sadly, rarely seem to experience. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

GoogleWe had 3 independent valuations on our property and were initially concerned as the Carter Jonas valuation was much higher than the others. We decided to go with Tony’s advice and after only 2 weeks on the market accepted an offer just under the asking price. We had to deal with a difficult purchase process, however Tony assisted at all times and we managed to exchange within 8 weeks.
We would highly recommend Tony Wright and the team at Carter Jonas Harrogate!

GoogleWe recently sold our home through Carter Jonas in Harrogate and throughout the process the team were excellent.
Alison in particular went well above & beyond our expectations - taking a pragmatic approach to keep the momentum up, but also demonstrating integrity & genuine care for us as clients through every step of the process.
For that reason I would not hesitate to recommend Carter Jonas to anyone looking to sell their home in the area.

GoogleI had a fantastic experience with Sharon at Carter Jonas. She listened carefully to my requirements, discussed my options thoroughly and I ended up taking the very first property I saw. I loved it - and still do, over six months on. Negotiations were sensitively and quickly handled and there was no time wasting, which often tends to be the case with agents. The after service was also terrific and any queries I had were quickly and efficiently answered. I have no hesitation in recommending them highly and would 100% use them again if I ever need ed to.
