The sale on my mother’s house completed, I am highly satisfied with the efforts of Chris Gooch and team. As I currently reside abroad, I relied heavily on Carter Jonas to manage all aspects of the sale. The team was efficient, professional and considerate of my particular needs and challenges. The process was straightforward, issues when they arose were dealt with quickly and thoughtfully. I felt very well looked after and I would highly recommend Chris Gooch and the Carter Jonas team.

Euan and Eleanor were a great team, showing enthusiasm and professionalism throughout. Once a satisfactory offer was received Euan, in particular, worked incredibly hard and effectively in keeping a complex chain together and overcoming what appeared to be insurmountable problems, and all with good grace. All in all, Carter Jonas did an outstanding job.

I worked with Nia and Ivy at the Holland Park office and they were excellent. They were professional, responsive and attentive to my needs. Impressively they were able to find the perfect apartment for me and settle everything extremely quickly- I had the keys in my hand within 4 days of seeing the apartment. Would highly recommend!

I have recently rented a cosy studio apartment located in a very convenient central part of Oxford. The flat has been recently refurbished and is in excellent condition. I saw the advertisement for the flat and immediately contacted the agency Carter Jonas. The Carter Jonas agency have acted quickly and efficiently in helping me to secure the tenancy for the flat, which was great news. They have ensured that the paperwork was processed correctly and answered my enquires promptly. I would say that they have provided an excellent service and made the process of getting the flat as trouble free as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending Carter Jonas to any prospective clients. Jorge Gutierrez

Marlborough Branch are a delightful bunch :)

I have to say that I have had no cause for concern or regret with the Company Branch in Marlborough. They fast-tracked my application allowing me to relocate for a new job without any hassles whatsoever. The Ladies in the Lettings dept are impeccably kind and knowledgeable , arranging viewings and correspondence efficiently. I have found no cause for concern. Of course there are always a few 'teething' issues on moving into a property but nothing that cannot be fixed with a little common sense and a few tools :) I'm saddened to read the other reviews about Carter Jonas and can only hope they are Branch based and not a view of the Company as a whole.
