Following the initial UK Lockdown and a challenging time for my Family. Abbotts Beccles enabled the fairly rapid sale of my Mother's property. A first rate service even when the Coronavirus pandemic hit. I used Abbots to sell my fathers house that was in need of quite of lot of work to bring it up to date. Within a week, Cheryl had printed property details, arranged for a viewing weekend, and received a number of attractive offers. The pandemic arrived and unfortunately the buyer pulled out. Within a few days Cheryl arranged more viewings and had another 3 offers for consideration. I cannot fault Cheryl for all her hard work and commitment during such difficult times. Cheryl, Gabby and Amy have proved to be a great team, while selling my mum's bungalow. They have been supportive and extremely professional throughout the entire process. My husband and I have viewed many properties over the last few months, we have booked several viewings with Abbott’s estate agency in Beccles. Amy Lock has accompanied us on all of our viewings and she has been absolutely outstanding. I felt that with each viewing Amy took the time to understand what we liked and didn’t like about the properties we viewed, and from this built a really accurate picture of what we were after. She was then able to alert us to the fact that things were coming on the market which fit our criteria and I feel she got this spot on. Amy’s regular communication reduced anxiety, she was friendly, approachable, patient but still remaining professional and efficient. We feel that we have been on a rollercoaster of a journey to find a new home in the current housing market climate, but throughout it all Amy has been a shining star. Thanks to Georgina for all her efforts in securing our new home which we moved into at the end of June - she was a fabulous liaison throughout the lockdown period to enable our more local friends to view on our behalf; after our accepted offer organising surveyor and tradespeople viewings for professional opinions on work needed and during the journey on removal day. We are now happily living and working from our fabulous home in rural Norfolk Thanks again Georgina!

I have recently been speaking with Ryan who I believe is new to his position, I have found him to be very sensible and professional when talking to him on the phone. It does make a pleasant change to talk with someone who genuinely listens and has a opinion and is not afraid to say it, he has recently helped myself with a problem and I now feel a lot more confident moving forward with his advice, cheers ryan.

Very disappointing. Waiting for an appointment at 930 we gave up at 950. A no show by the agent. We understand that couldn't find the keys to the property, but at least they could have turned and told us. Very poor performance on behalf of Abbots. We found out they phoned us on our land line at 920, knowing that it's at least a journey of 10 mins by car to the viewing. We were at the property by then. Very unprofessional.

Gemma & Kerry were very quick to respond and even went above and beyond and did a face time walk through of the property, measured for us and all! We HIGHLYrHIGHLY them for your future home!
