GoogleVery unprofessional agency, I was booked to view a property, I got to same property earlier than my appointment time, called their staff and I was told to wait for them.
I waited for about 30mins even past my appointment time, no one called or came to show me the property, I kept calling several times only to be told after 30mins waiting that their staff members cannot come.
They wasted my time and effort for nothing, no conscience of how to treat customers.
Time wasters and careless.
I dropped a tear that day because I had to walk 28mins with my hope of view a property dashed away without apology.
I dnt wish to ever book a viewing with Abbots henceforth.

GoogleI came across a wonderful group of staff from Abbots letting agents King's Lynn when I was tired and fed up in finding a place to rent for my family. The very first day onwards they made every effort to help me with a suitable place to live and within a week I got a property to rent and today I am in a property which suits most of my requirements. The credit should go to the very friendly staff who are working tirelessly, aiming only for customer satisfaction. Whenever I approach them with an issue they were always willingly helpful and gave their maximum effort to solve it and make me comfortable.
The way they treat me as their customer and the way they help me is just marvelous. This team is so professional, reachable, responsible, punctual and keen in helping their customers.
