GoogleRecently had a viewing for a property in New Cross - the estate agent was incredibly unhelpful, he questioned our ability to even be able to put the deposit down and made us feel like we wouldn’t be able to get on the property ladder, will be exploring other estate agents

GoogleMason was very patient with me and our solicitors who were absolutely hopeless. He did everything in his power to hurry them along when they were dragging their heels and taking far to long to get things done.He kept me informed of developments when they did happen and chased up people when necessary I lost it several times because of the incompetence of my solicitor but mason was always calm and professional. He worked with Dan the manager of the agents at bexleyheath who also worked hard to push things along and whose long experience in the business proved invaluable. Thanks to both of you. We got there in the end.

Anya was thorough, informative and excellent through out the whole process, as she understood the kind of Tenant I was looking for. Anya is truly an asset to the organisation who went above and beyond the call of duty. If you have a choice ask for your matter to be dealt by Anya. GoogleOne of the worst experience in letting properties.They are good on selling/buying properties,tricky and ignoring emails without response,lack of flexibility and not willing to communicate personnel at Abbey Wood branch!The handling of client funds in my situation has been particularly concerning.

GoogleAfter a very worrying few weeks of trying to find a new rental home as our previous landlord had decide to sell (different agency). We found our new home with the Your Move team in Bexleyheath and we have had a very good experience so far. Chloe and Sanam were friendly, helpful and efficient. We viewed the new house, did all the reference checks, got the keys and moved in within a month. Any queries or concerns have been dealt with quickly and they respond to emails on the same day.
