They were incredibly proactive, professional and hands on from start to finish. As a landlord, it's reassuring to know that everything is being taken care of. They kept me updated, stayed on top of every detail and worked hard to secure a great tenant quickly, making what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and well managed. Their communication has been excellent, their fees are very reasonable and the level of service has exceeded my expectations. GoogleIf you are a tenant who values your money and peace of mind I would AVOID this estate agent at all costs!! The major problems started 3 months before my tenancy was due for renewal. In 2022 I submitted my offer at asking price for a 2bed house in Gravesend. With this, I also had a cover letter stating how I’d love to be a long-term hasslefree tenant & my offer was quickly accepted on this basis. After 9 months of living at the property, the landlord decided to increase my rent by roughly £200 per month without directly stating this. The branch manager, Katie, tried to sneakily do this by claiming my landlord had changed his mind on fixed term tenancies and is adamant on a “periodic tenancy” moving forward. I of course declined this due to the lack of rights as a tenant and quickly saw the house listed for £150 MORE/month online, despite having 3 months still remaining on my tenancy! Shortly after I vacated the property I was informed by Katie that the landlord wanted to keep my ENTIRE deposit (£1384) for “Lightbulbs, A dustpan & brush, general cleaning and garden maintenance” I was stunned to hear this, having only lived at the property for 1 year as a single lady who was out working min. 5 days/week, 12 hours daily. The property was kept in excellent condition as it was empty 80% of the time! After months I was left with no choice but to take the landlord to court where I was awarded around £950 of my money back. The judge rejected several of the claims and agreed the fees were massively inflated. The agent’s delivery of this entire situation was obnoxious and showed little remorse in the end. When I come to think of it, they more than likely had a scheme with the landlord so they could both keep a share of my deposit. The only reason I’m sharing this review now is because I keep on receiving annoying emails from the council about their new tenants who are failing to pay their council tax bills. I have requested several times for my personal details to be removed, but the message does not seem to be getting translated to them or the council.

And the offer was accepted in Jan 26 - it was not an easy sale by any means and was lengthy - this agent was new to me so I wasnt sure if they would hang on for me for the sale. But they did. In fact Ria in the office was hugely professional and experieinced and she got the sle over the line under quite challenging circumstances. GoogleExtremely unprofessional and rude avoid dealing with Ria I spoke with Ria, the Branch Manager, and the way I was treated was absolutely shocking completely unprofessional, rude, and dismissive from start to finish. I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and have never experienced such terrible attitude and lack of basic courtesy. She spoke over me constantly, refused to listen to our situation or answer simple questions, and had a very condescending, unhelpful tone the whole time. It felt like she couldn’t be bothered to do her job. You’d expect a Manager to set a good standard for the branch, but she fell way below even the most basic level of customer service. I cannot recommend speaking to Ria at all, and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
