I’ve dealt with a number of estate agents in the past and, unfortunately, some have come across as dismissive and more focused on securing a sale than actually helping the customer but I must say Lauren Rickard really stood out to me. She was friendly, polite and very easy to speak to and demonstrated a clear passion in her work, she made everything very easy and was always happy to help with any questions I had. As first-time buyers, the whole process of purchasing a home felt quite daunting, but Gascoigne and Pees were absolutely fantastic from start to finish.
