GoogleThis was my 1st experience of renting, and credit is due to both Jack Mckinley and Chloe from the Northend Brqnch. They listened to our requirements and spoke on our behalf to the Landlord regarding some personal details and I am happy and excited that we now have a potential moving in date scheduled for 29 November 2014. They were both helpful, happy and very professional on all counts. Yes I would recommend

GoogleI contacted Lee Grace about letting my property and he was very efficient. Both Lee Grace and Gabriella Pizza have been most helpful in advising me on viewings and in giving me detailed information on the terms and conditions of letting of the property. The property has only just been let but I am confident that they have provided a good service. I am paying for full management costs but as the property has only just been let I am unable to review this service as yet.

GoogleThe service provided by the Catford branch of Mann Countrywide Lettings has been exemplary (Particularly Daniel and Adil). They were able to process the initial tenancy application and referencing within 5 working days mainly due to the fact that it was handled efficiently. They provide a professional working ethos, but they are very approachable and very good communicators. I had several questions during the process (which I'm sure they hear all the time), but they always found the time to respond quickly. I have found a great new home and I have the confidence that it has been managed brilliantly.

GoogleEarlier this year I decided to take the plunge and invest into a rental property, which I instructed the MANN team in Beckenham to market. They were great! Chloe in particular, who spent time and listened to everything I wanted and only brought round good quality people to view. They secured someone for my property in a matter of days who suited what I said I needed. A few months in and nothing I have asked has been too much for Chloe, James and their property management team and any problems that I have called them with since the tenancy commencement has been resolved very quickly. An agency that justify their fee.

Communication, financial transactions and all other dealings with the office was professional, easy, straight forward and completely hassle free. Their fees too are very reasonable. If you are looking for an Estate agent in Chatham that you can depend on, give Sam Tabor a call. I am glad I did.
