GoogleSarah at Mann's was fantastic, she really knows her stuff. Without her help, support, guidance and straight talking we would not have sold our property. A real asset to Mann and the industry - she cuts through the rubbish and tells you how it is!! I would use them again without hesitation.

GoogleThis is the second time we have worked with Sarah at Mann and she was fantastic from start to finish. She goes way above and beyond any other agent. she is professional yet personal. She continually updated us throughout the process and her negotiation skills are next to none even the other agent commented on how on the ball and professional she was. She worked so hard to keep us positive during there course of our move even on her day off which took a very long time due to other agents and time wasters. Thank-you Sarah! We would highly recommended her to anyone.

GoogleI have recently use Mann Countrywide (South Croydon branch) to sell my mother's house in Purley and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism displayed during the process. The sale was under probate and the house was a unoccupied. Mann arranged and managed a number of viewings on my behalf and kept me informed on progress at all times until a successful sale was achieved. In addition, the staff were polite, willing and keen to offer a proper customer service.

GoogleMann and Co have been nothing but professional, extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Me and Lee have been able to secure our dream home which took six weeks from viewing the property to completing and getting the keys. Janene was great at ensuring all went smoothly and provided us with regular updates as well as liasing with the vendors solicitors to ensure all was moving quickly. Visiting the croydon office everyone was always freiendly and couldn’t do enough for us. Thank you for all your help. We really appreciate everything you have done for us. I couldn’t recommend this estate agent more. We will definitely be using this estate agents again but for now we are happy in our perfect new home. We would highly recommend using the services offered by Dean Coates mortgage advisor also. Dean helped set our expectations from the offset and found us an amazing deal on our mortgage. Dean invited us into the office and talked us through all options in a friendly and easy to understand manner. Dean was always available for calls and to offer advice. Great service from all. GoogleI recently completed on my 1st house in South Croydon advertised by Mann Country wide and I must say I was very impressed with their service. They listened and were very attentive to what I was looking for in a house which enabled me to eventually find my ideal home :) They were also extremely accommodating, allowing me to see the house on 2 or three separate occasions beforehand so I could be absolutely sure about my purchase. Its a shame the vendor's solicitors delayed the transfer process at times, but that was no fault of Mann. I can't thank them enough for all the hard work in getting things pushed through. Thanks Guys!

GoogleMann did a good job of handling our purchase in what was quite difficult circumstances due to a probate situation. Although everything didn’t go 100% smoothly the team did their best to guide everything through to a successful close. I still pop in regularly to drop off post for our vendors and they’re more than happy to help. Although I have just seen in another review they gave the buyers a bottle of wine... GoogleI have just sold house with Mann and Co. Would I recommend the company though? Absolutely not! They operate on a premise of over valuing the property to get your custom in order to tie you into a contract. You have a soggy sales person at the end of the phone unable to even remember the main features of the property thus not achieving the market value. We have sold with them so I suppose not all doom and gloom but only through our circumstances that haven't allowed us to be too picky. Cherry on top was meeting the new owner before completion realising he didn't know about half of the spec of the house he bought. Someone got themselves a good deal. Thanks Sheerness branch, glad I don't have to deal with you ever again

GoogleWe have had a very eventful year at our property, and were assigned a number of property managers in the beginning which was a bit of a headache, however when we were assigned Michelle Burchell as our property manager it was honestly the best thing for us. Not only was she super efficient in sorting out our issues (unfortunately there were a lot, which was no ones fault tbh, just pure bad luck with a burst pipe! ) but she always went above and beyond for us, always with our best interest at heart. We can not be thankful enough for all the hard work she has put in for us. Super understanding, fair, kind, and literally just a lovely lady. Not to mention she managed to negotiate us being allowed pets which has completely made our entire life! I would also like to mention Amy Cook who is also very efficient and extremely competent at her job, there had been a few things that was left to other people to deal with and when calling to follow it up and it hadn't been done Amy was straight on it no faffing, even though it wasn't her department. Thank you ladies for all your effort and time, you have definitely kept me sane through a stressful year and thanks for being patient with me!

GoogleIt was my first time moving, I viewed a few property's with Charlie. He was really friendly and also very patient as I was late a few times due to getting lost. Wonderfull smile and had answers to all my questions. Once I found a property Charlie helped to get the best deal. I also had help from Amy and Chloe both very friendly and helpful. As it was my first time moving I had lots of questions so would call the office quite frequently and my call was always welcome. I feel confident moving and feel I have a great team at Mann swanley supporting me.
