GoogleI contacted this agent and gave my details to register myself as a cash purchaser (probably my big mistake as they then knew they couldn't make money via their mortgage brokerage arm or surveyor's valuation arm) and an appointment was made to view a property a few days later on 7/4/2018 Saturday at 2:30pm. Total no show on their part. My call then got diverted to their Gravesend office who didn't have a clue and could not find my registration,. Promised a call back and I gave my number (again). I deliberately refrained from calling just to see. As expected, there hasn't been a single call back after one week. Apathetic, disorganized and self-serving. Let's hope it is JUST this branch and not the entire chain or Countrywide group...

Googlescammers, lie, and then deny. When I moved, I asked if it would not be a problem, because one day after the day I always paid the rent, I was told it was not a problem. After a month, I moved away, dismiss the keys. Moving out I asked for a deposit and I was informed that I still lived there for a month. I received this information when I had been away for a long time and when they had their keys for a week. In this way, they dishonestly mislaid a rent or deposit. The question why they accepted the termination of the lease and the keys and there was no question in a month, no answer, just stopped answering my calls and e-mails. They stole money and that's all. If anyone with their services will be deceived, deceived in error, and somehow robbed from them money.

GoogleI have dealt with a lot of estate agents up to now and I can say that Mann estate agents has been head and shoulders above the rest. As I was a buyer they kept me informed on a an almost weekly basis as well as liaising with my solicitor. The staff were very pleasant throughout and even the sold sign was taken away sharpish. All in all a pleasing experience.

GoogleCheaters! They did not extend the tenancy agreement saying the landlord doesnt want to rent it and made me vacate the property. And the next day, they put an ad on the website about the same property being available on a higher rent! They charge huge sum as Agents fee! They make false charges and don’t return the security deposit! Worst experience ever.

GoogleI have been very happy with the service that I have been getting with Mann and would definitely recommend them! Nadine has been great and has dealt with every issue that I have had with my property promptly and efficiently, and therefore saved me a lot of stress as a landlord.

GoogleUseless.unprofessional,worst estate agent ever used!! Why pay rip off estate agents fees when you can use purple bricks or other companies for a fraction of the costs...Plus the service from other cheaper companies is far better. I wouldnt recommend mann&co to anyone.
