However, Mann and countrywide staff Samuel contacted us almost immediately and have since not relented. He ensured the process was smooth and was very flexible and honest with us. GoogleBEWARE the Ashford letting team are a bunch of incompetent arrogant clowns. They have no manners, they cant do a simple task although being an estate agent doesn't require any qualifications. Their fees are horrendous for the 'work' they produce which has zero value. They are organised in silos which means they can pass the blame to one another, it comes as no surprise that Mann Countrywide has lost 50% of its value on the stock exchange. Get everything from them in writing as they will lie repeatedly, watch out especially the woman whose name starts with an L anyone with an IQ above 2 would describe her as a sociopath, she especially dislikes foreigners. So Renters and Landlords beware, and it's not as if you don't have another 10 different estate agents to choose from. I sincerely hope these horrible people will be replaced by websites and artificial intelligence in the next few years. Brexit should help weeding out losers like them should be a breeze. They can always go and get a real job, although I would never employ someone that comes from the dangerously unregulated and scammy industry that is real estate

Dear Scott, no one answers back at countrywide, you hide behind email and forms whilst the only thing you should do is refund the money you 'steal' from people. the Ashford branch is a joke filled with incompetent clowns. That's the only thing any google user should be aware of
