GoogleDuring the purchase of my first property I got to know a lot of the staff at mann. They were all lovely people and tried to help on numerous occasions. Emma was great at communicating with both solicitors to keep me up to date and provided reassurance whenever needed during a long process. Thank you for all your help

GoogleHorrible customer service. Some of the estate agents are rude and disrespectful. No communication, I have to call or go there to find out what's going on. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

GoogleManager was extremely pushy with me, trying to forcing me to offer on something unsuitable for my needs. Didn’t care that it wasn’t right or the fact that we had found somewhere else. He demanded to no where the other property was, how much we had offered and why. Left a bad taste in my mouth, he doesn’t listen . Viewing I had with Charles was spot on, conducted perfectly shame manager spoilt a otherwise perfect experience. Graham stop treating customers poorly, we would have recommended you to friend.

GoogleIgnore the 5 star reviews, all FAKE. Avoid these people, they are arrogant, incompetent, they lie and are scammers. Do NOT deal with Linda Stapleton, she is one of the most horrible 'person' you'll ever meet in your life, she is abusive, racist, agressive bordering on sociopathy, do not trust anything their 'staff' say. get EVERYTHING in writing, record all their visits on video, record all phone calls. TENANTS run away they are at the same level as Fergus W, LANDLORDS, if you want don't want to lose your tenants do it yourself, seriously, it's easy, no one needs estate agents, they can go be useful for society, they are many toilets to be cleaned and diapers to be changed, but they'd probably fudge something so simple...
