GoogleVery pleased with the quality of the photos of the property and the friendliness of the staff at the Ashford branch. I was also happy that I used Mann Countrywide thus keeping everything "in house".

GoogleI have dealt with a lot of estate agents up to now and I can say that Mann estate agents has been head and shoulders above the rest. As I was a buyer they kept me informed on a an almost weekly basis as well as liaising with my solicitor. The staff were very pleasant throughout and even the sold sign was taken away sharpish. All in all a pleasing experience.

GoogleMann Countrywide have been outstanding throughout the whole journey of our recent purchase. Jayne at Swanley was great and effectively reduced the anxiety of our purchase and her recommendations ensured a seamless process. As recommended we used the Countrywide mortgage adviser, Tony helped ensure we got the most from our Mortgage and assisted us with everything from our mortgage in principle to insuring our home. We also used the countrywide solicitors who were extremely efficient, they were available over the weekend and even Christmas but this did mean we had to wait a lot for our sellers solicitor. Personally I can’t fault Mann Countrywide and they will be my first choice in the future

GoogleReally love these guys. As individuals they are fantastic every one of them. However our aim is to sell our property and since having the property on the market (with 2 agents) we have had 10 viewings from the other agent and 1 viewing from Mann. Therefore although I would love to give a higher review, the performance from Mann just has not been there. As a caveat to my review, these guys are based in Sidcup and my property is based in Bexley Village. The other estate agent is based in Bexley Village. This locational advantage will of course have an impact.

GoogleThe South Croydon branch looked after us very well and our flat sale went through without difficulty. We were treated with politeness and efficiency by all staff but the experienced Lino Rosato both advised and listened to us with care and consideration and made the whole process easier. Also Janene was very helpful with the follow up, nudging solicitors into action and helping us finalise smoothly. I would recommend their service.

GoogleThey will eat all your deposit. Stay away Alex is very arrogant and will disappoint you once you moved in.This is a cheap company under greedy management. Once you signed the contract you will see there rude and unprofessional behaviour.
