GoogleFantastic service from initial consultation to picking up keys on a rather lengthy sale & purchase! All staff great to deal with and Marie was fantastic at keeping everything chased up and everybody informed!!! Would not hesitate to use again!

GoogleInitially the price quoted was shockingly high but we were assured that the service we would receive would be worth it....and they were right. We felt supported and informed throughout the whole process. Special mention for Marie for keeping us calm when it went wrong and for Tom for making us laugh when we needed a chuckle. Our buyer admitted that they decided to buy the property from the photographs alone.

GoogleI dealt primarily with Etienne prior to my move, then Lauren Hills after moving in. Lauren in particular was very patient and understanding with my continual queries about the place, most of which I could have found out for myself if I wasn’t so lazy. I’d recommend Mann to anyone looking to rent/buy, for me, they provided a great service.

GoogleVery quick to respond to our queries, and we were the buyers, not their sellers. We had some delays to the sale which Mann tried to expedite as quickly as possible - if it werent for them, I doubt we would have exchanged yet, let alone completed.

GoogleExtremely pushy mortgage advisor was told I couldn’t view property unless I saw her mortgage. Booked a viewing then someone called sajeeda calls and tells me basically I can’t view unless I come to see her first even though I told the girl who I booked viewing with, that I had arranged finances. Forget viewing the property now she’s put a disgusting taste in my mouth. I’d rather go buy elsewhere.

GoogleI would like to thank Sarah and the team at Mann estate agents for all, their work, support, advice and guidance. Over the course of 2 .5 years our chain broke 3 times leading to the loss the house we intended to purchase. This was an incredibly stressful process during which I cannot speak highly enough of Mann and in particular Sarah. Mann worked tirelessly to find a buyer and to assist with the process of selling our property. We were kept updated and Sarah was always there to discuss any issues with us. Eventually we secured another buyer through Mann and recently exchanged contracts. We have no hesitation in recommending Manne estate agents who in our opinion went above and beyond.

GoogleMe and my wife rented through Mann Dartford. A few staff there, Timothy Knight, and Lauren Finley were really professional and nice, however, later on in our tenancy we dealt with a lady called Piara Ullah. Piara had no customer service skills, she came across rude and treated us like we were not important as we were only the tenants. It's a shame as I would have left 5 stars as the rest of the great were great.

GoogleIf I could give no stars I would. My son is a first time buyer therefore an ideal buyer who has tried contacting Mann and Co for two weeks to request a viewing. Doesnt matter what time of day he phoned no one answered the phone.. He then put himself out and travelled into Ashford town branch only to be told it is a letting agent. The staff member there told him that he would pass the message on and someone would get back to him. Suffice to say no one ever did. My son has tried phoning again and lo and behold no one answers.. One thing is for sure I wouldnt put my house up for sale with them.
