I dealt with Tim at the office and he was amazing. He understood my wish list for a perfect tenant and then found me exactly what I wanted. He made the whole process easy. I'm def going to use him next time and suggest you use him too. :)

Tim and Luke at Manns Dartford operate with a extremely professional, customer focused and flexible approach to the whole property letting project. Particularly good if you do not have the spare time to manage the project yourself. Whatever needs to be done to get the property into an attractive proposition for tenants they can do for you, quickly, efficiently, and flexibly. From handing over the keys to having a tenant ready to move in, under 1 month - impressive.

Very professional service from the guys in the Dartford branch, Marcia, Kevin and Lorranine helped us through and made the buying process as painless as possible. Couldn't recommend more for first time buyers who need that extra reassurance! We also used James regarding our mortgage and he also found us a better rate as well as giving us options that we couldn't get going direct to the lenders.

James Foster at Mann Dartford was professional and quick in dealing with our mortgage. Everything went exceptionally smoothly from start to finish. James was very informative about the mortgage application process which for first time buyers like ourselves gave us peace of mind. Me and my wife rented through Mann Dartford. A few staff there, Timothy Knight, and Lauren Finley were really professional and nice, however, later on in our tenancy we dealt with a lady called Piara Ullah. Piara had no customer service skills, she came across rude and treated us like we were not important as we were only the tenants. It's a shame as I would have left 5 stars as the rest of the great were great.

I would like to thank Marcia and all the staff at the Dartford branch. If it was not for their professional and efficient service dealing with our solicitors my purchase would not have never completed. They went above and beyond even managing to arrange me renting the property for 4 months until the mortgage completed. A far better service than offered by Purple Bricks who dealt with my property sale.

Kevin Marcia and team could not have been more helpful or professional from the inital interview through the escorted viewings, whilst we were absent, to the final sale. They kept us advised through all the stages and we were confident in their ablity to do the best for us. Which they did.

Exceptional service from Tim during my 2 years tenancy at Dartford. It was a pleasure to deal with Tim who is very kind, highly professional and efficient. Whenever an issue with flat Tim and Piara are quite prompt and helpful to resolve the issue within few days. Any reference letter or any sort of help it’s done within matter of hours. Very prompt to respond phone calls and emails. Thank you very much Tim!

Mann were completely professional throughout the whole process of my recent property purchase. They answered every phone call, email and query quickly. I would like to thank James Foster who dealt with my mortgage application and insurances. He advised me throughout, got me a mortgage and insurance policies that suited me personally. Also gave me feedback and advice when it wasn't even asked for. Rachel McKelvie chased down the solicitors for answers if they were "dragging their feet", answering any query I had by liaising with the seller or solicitors. Even after completion, she was willing to assist with any issues that arose. She truly went above and beyond her role as a Sales Associate. When I move again, I do hope Mann, Dartford will be dealing with it. What should've been a stressful experience was made easy and relaxing by the staff. Thank you for everything!
