I was starting to think that there was no one left in the UK who did their job properly, but Chantelle (and the rest of the team) has gone a long way to restoring my faith!

GoogleI would highly recommend Mann Dartford to anyone looking to sell their property in the area. Kevin and his team, especially Chantelle were fantastic with the support, advice and professionalism they provided when I sold my house at the end of 2015. Within 20 minutes of me signing the paperwork to place the property on the market they were on the phone to me with two interested parties.
By the following Saturday, 12 viewings had been arranged, and we were offered full asking price. From start to finish they worked tirelessly to ensure exchange and completion happened within a short period of time; liaising with solicitors on both sides, the buyers and ourselves. Without their help the whole process would have taken a lot longer and been a lot more stressful. A truly excellent service.

It was first time selling a property and there are a lot of tips and tricks estate agents put in place to try make you sell via them, I was after somebody who was clear, honest and to the point - Mann were exactly this.
The valuation they gave and got me was higher than any other quote I had and their fee more than reasonable within the market.
I found Kevin and Rachel to be easily approachable and not overly pushy, would highly recommend to anybody in the Dartford area looking to sell, particularly those in Ingress Park as they have good experience in selling properties within this area.

I called several different letting agents and registered our interest in renting particular properties that were advertised, as well giving details of what we were after. Mann were the only agency to keep in contact with us - we received text updates that let us know if properties fitting our requirements were available. The team were also quick to organise viewings and very flexible.
After finding an apartment in Greenhithe through them that we are very happy with, the Dartford team (particularly Luke Smith) were friendly and efficient. We are new to renting and the team were happy to offer advice and answer all our queries.

GoogleI was first introduced to Tim and his colleague Luke about 3 months ago via Sarah Judge at Mann&Co Dartford,I was very apprehensive about entering the buy to let world until i sat down and spoke with Tim who completely put my mind at ease answering all my questions with ease.Tim suggested to market the property at £950 pcm which to be honest i thought was a little excessive but Tim assured me this amount was quite achievable,over the next few days Tim and Luke had arranged 7 viewings for the forthcoming Saturday.Luke showed prospective tenants around that Saturday giving me feedback ..........and yes true to his word I achieved the full asking price.I cannot thank Tim and Luke enough for their hard work and tireless effort in what i thought would be a difficult experience.Hopefully this is the first of many buy to let properties for myself and i would not hesitate in appointing Tim and Luke again ....Thanks guys
