GoogleMy experience with Fine & Country was very pleasant, the staff were all very professional in every aspect of selling our lovely home of 36years, it was made easy by the friendly and courteous manner of Richard, Richard ,Priscilla, and the lovely lady who shew interested viewers/ buyers around, I think her name was Allison. The brochure was so professionally put together, I have shown it to friends, and the quality of photography is outstanding ,I have a copy that I will keep for ever to remember the wonderful times I lived there. GoogleWe thought that Fine and Country only dealt with houses beyond our price range, but were fortunate to view a house being sold by them and then took them up on their offer of a valuation on both of our houses. What an amazing Estate Agent, we sold both of our houses and bought one together through Fine and Country! Selling and buying houses through Fine and Country Norwich was an excellent experience. From the initial contact with Helen, to the post selling process with Philippa we were guided and kept informed throughout. Natasha, Richard Heidi and Tamsin were always available for queries and were most helpful and supportive. All Fine and Country Norwich staff understand that it is a stressful experience for people when selling and buying houses and do their best to smooth out any issues. They ensure that the processes run smoothly by liaising with the buyer’s estate agent and solicitors. When it came to buying through Fine and Country we felt that they were finding us a home that was perfect for us, rather than just 'selling houses' as other estate agents seemed to do. Did I mention the brochure, it can only be described as fantastic, partly down to the amazing photographs courtesy of F&C’s photographer Mike Palmer, but also to Heidi’s superb wordsmithing.

GoogleThe team at Fine & Country were brilliant, can't thank them enough for all the help and support they gave us. Whilst we were the buyer of the property they were dealing with, they were a lot more helpful than the estate agent who acted for us on our sales process. They always responded quickly and helped whenever they could, even if it wasn't their place to do so. Hope we don't have to sell for a long while, but the the F&C would be the people we'd use. GoogleOur experience of selling a property through Fine and Country Leamington Spa has been excellent. Sarah Garland from Town and Country is extremely knowledgable and proffesional and made sure that everthing possible was done to make sure the process of selling went as smoothly as possible. The Drone footage, images of the house and their website presentation were of the very highest proffesional standard. Sarah advised on how to present the interior and exterior of the house and we were very happy with the results. I would not hesitate to recommend Sarah in fact I would say go out of your way to make sure you have Sarah on your team when you come to sell your property.
