GoogleI can’t recommend the three girls at Fine And Country in Bishop Stortford highly enough. Debbie Paula and Nikki went above and beyond, professional, courteous and knowledgeable in what they do and such lovely ladies also, they are a credit to that company, if I could give 10 stars, I would.

GoogleI can't recommend Debbie and Paula at Fine and Country enough. They gave advice that was spot on about the market and worked incredibly hard to ensure the sale. On a personal note they were both supportive and understanding through an extremely difficult divorce sale, whilst remaining professional and neutral. If you're selling or buying a property then ensure you speak to them.

GoogleKerr Drummond was absolutely amazing. He saw the potential in our property and valued it much higher than any other agents. He knew how to stage the photos and how to use his network to promote our house. He came with a marketing strategy and delivered. He even managed to get us above asking price. After a lot of shenanigans within the chain we finally completed after 10 months. Kerr held all levels of the chain together, again using his network to find out what was happening and manoeuvring to get everyone aligned. He had the utmost patience with us, our seller’s agents and their solicitors. It was painful but our transaction would not have happened without Kerr. Now we’re in our forever family home - thank you Kerr!! Go with Kerr - you will not regret it!

GoogleIldi was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of the purchase. Nothing was too much trouble and she acted as the perfect go between. She was so on top of every detail and spent countless hours chasing the relevant people when things were not proceeding at solicitor level. Could not recommend the company, especially Ildi, enough.

While the market was slow to start with, Heather kept me up to date with information and advice. Once an offer was received and accepted, Heather was extremely proactive and professional, assisting the process to completion and beyond. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and this helped smooth the conclusion of the sale. She is an experienced agent with a professional yet friendly approach and strong communication skills. GoogleOrganised a viewing as an open day for this coming Saturday. Told under no circumstances viewing allowed before. Was emailed 2 days before to say viewing for the open day cancelled due to vendor accepting a viewing and an offer accepted. You understand why estate agents have a bad name. Shouldn’t have allowed this to happen everyone should be given a fair chance We were in a position to offer and move. Disgraceful on estate agent and vendor Appalling under handed Also emailed day before we were to view after cancellation to remind us to keep the appointment. Insult to injury Style above substance Rubbish I spoke to the vendor on the Friday before our open house appointment was supposed to go ahead I told her that you’d emailed us to cancel then to put salt in the wound emailed us to not forget the appointment she said she’d been advised to cancel the open day by yourself. We were willing to give well above the asking price and it a position to proceed but not given the opportunity She’d showed the interested parties and I state parties as it was more than one viewing organised before the open due to no one being available from F&C so this was not her doing at all. Once again my first review stands Style above substance underhanded

Upon accepting the offer, our seller directed us to cancel the open house and all scheduled viewings. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.
