GoogleWe recently went through Your Move Durham to look for a property. The majority of our contact was with Nicola and from the initial stage of arranging viewings, then through all the processes to offer and arrange the paperwork, it was really easy and they were very helpful.

GoogleWe recently moved to Scotland from Durham and used Your Move in Durham to sell our house in Belmont. The move was a tricky one with us moving to Scotland and having to use separate solicitors on either side of the border, but more so as our buyer was a Hong Kong national. Needless to say things went a bit pear shaped at times with this scenario, and this is where Nikki and her team came into their own and essentially took over organising our buyer in the absence of any support from his online conveyancer Needless to say we are very grateful to Nikki and her team for stepping up in this way as without doubt the chain would have collapsed had they not stepped in and helped our buyer. Ultimately the move was successful thanks to Nikki and her team - not forgetting Sue in sales progression who was also instrumental in the process in working with Nikki, ourselves and our overseas buyer. Thanks to all involved in getting the deal across the line and our house move complete.

GoogleThank you very much indeed to the whole team in Durham. Ian gave us a detailed and realistic valuation and assessment of the property. He and Dominic ensured that the advert, with the essential floor plan, were complete and put the property in the best possible light to secure viewings, including going beyond the call of duty by tidying up for a tenant to ensure the photographs showed the property as its best! Viewings swiftly followed - they were well organised - and before we had anticipated we were accepting an offer from a cash buyer. To a large extent we put this success down to excellent communication by Dominic in particular: our calls were always returned, which is quite rare currently. But all the team we spoke to, however briefly - including, Nicky, Annaleigh and Chera-Lise - were exceptionally pleasant and professional. Marvellous! Graeme and Rosemary

GoogleWe first used Your Move in 2014 when our house wasn’t having any luck on the rental market with another company. Within a couple of weeks Your Move had found us a tenant and they were a very helpful and friendly team. I have used Your Move again recently and once again received a top class service. Nicola, Ian, Chera-lise, Dominic, Annaleigh and Sue have provided me with some much needed support over the last couple of years, whilst I myself was dealing with a bereavement. Everyone in the team has gone above and beyond to support me and let me sit back whilst they deal with the house sales for me. Their help has been very much appreciated and I would never use any other estate agent.

GoogleFirstly I am living in germany, so everything isn't a normal run of the mill dealing. I discovered a house I was interested in buying to let, with the Chris Stonock in Durham, from the first contact through to even finding a Tenant for the Premises, there was never a Problem in our dealing , more so they made suggestions in even getting to the end result even easier through various communication median, email, Telephone. The full services they offer cannot in anyway be faulted. thanks again to all the Team, I can highly recommend you to anyone looking for a property to Buy and if required then to Let. GoogleI’ve used Your Move to sell 3 of my properties over the past 8 years. Ian has always been so supportive and informative through the process, he wants to get the best outcome for you, I know I’m in good hands with him. Nikki always returned our calls promptly and really cares about your situation and understands how stressful selling a property can be and this empathy comes through in the communication. I’ve spoken with Dominic and AnnaLeigh on occasions and they were very friendly and helpful. I recommended Your Move to my father in law and my Mam after they both received poor communication and follow up from other estate agents and the team at Your Move have certainly restored their faith. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
