Excellent service from all at Your Move, Crawcrook. My mother has Alzheimer’s and struggles to understand processes, how things work, and has short term memory problems. The team were brilliant, they kept my mother in the loop at all times whilst ensuring I was kept informed throughout the ups and downs of the sale of her property. Katrina, Denise and Megan were especially helpful, friendly and professional, not forgetting Alex and Hazel who were also very understanding of our particular circumstances. Excellent service from your move Crawcrook! A special mention and thankyou to Katrina for all her help and assistance. On first contact there was a possibility that the property has already been let, however Katrina took the time to contact the landlady to confirm who accepted a viewing the next day. After viewing the process of beginning the tenancy was handled efficiently, quickly and when problems arose during the process Katrina worked hard to find solutions to facilitate the move.
