She was so helpful, friendly and professional, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Any questions or queries I had were dealt with promptly, and she made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier.

Izzy, Sam C, Sam H, Kirsty, Carol and Penny were all so helpful and friendly. We dealt with different people at different points but everyone knew what was going on and kept us updated, which made a big difference.
Nothing was ever too much trouble and they were always happy to answer our questions, even when we probably asked the same things more than once! π
