We’ve just bought our first home through Your Move and honestly can’t thank the team enough for all their help throughout the process.
A huge thank you to Harry, Jessica, Chloe, Sarah and Jess R. Every one of them was friendly, approachable and always willing to help whenever we had questions or needed an update.
As first-time buyers, there were definitely moments where things felt a bit stressful, especially when survey results and mortgage amendments came into the mix, but the team were always happy to pick up the phone, explain things and keep us informed. It really made a difference knowing there was someone there to help us navigate everything.

We put an offer in the same night as the viewing.

I was contacted immediately after filling in the online form to request a valuation for my Mum’s house after she recently passed away. The lady I spoke to was so kind and friendly and booked the valuer in to visit straight away. He was also very friendly, compassionate and professional and we all very much appreciated that, particularly as the family are going through a difficult time. Even though we do not have immediate plans to sell the property, Your Move provided a prompt written valuation free of charge in order to support us with the probate process. Other estate agents do not offer this service and as a consequence I wouldn’t even consider using them when the time comes to sell the house. Your Move Durham, specifically James, Annaleigh and Maddy, have been incredibly helpful, kind and understanding throughout the process. Their professionalism and compassion have made what could have been a difficult and stressful process much easier for our family, and we are extremely grateful for their help. I highly recommend Your Move to anyone in need of an estate agent for any reason.
