Have been meaning to do this review for a few month but better late than never!!!We had our house up for sale with Hegartys for a full year then moved to these guys and sold for £5000 over our asking price in 4 weeks!!!.Rachel,June and David were all great .Had no problems and if we ever move again would put house up with this firm again.They were extremely professional and helpful and I would a million percent recommend them.Best estate agents in Houghton le spring!

Excellent estate agents, we bought a property through them and throughout the purchase process we found them very helpful and were always available when it was needed, in fact it was largely down to them that we managed to complete to a very tight deadline. Would recommend anyone looking to rent or buy/sell your home with these amazing guys. Such great customer service the whole time everyone I spoke to was friendly and happy and showed genuine interest in helping me. Josh was amazing showed me round five property's and answer all my questions happily. Would never go with another house group ever again. 5 star customers!!!

I recently dealt with Rachel and the team at houghton branch when looking for a new home. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always helpful , customer service was excellent. I went on to buy a home in another area but would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell in their area .

Purchased my first home 7 years ago using Your Move in Houghton and dealt with Rachel and Rachael. Happy days they are still there and sold my home within 24 hours! Great friendly service as ever and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!

Rented a house through your move and Joanne and Josh were great! Answered all of my questions when I didn't really know what I was doing. Not planning on moving soon but will definitely rent through them again and recommend to friends!

What a joy for two elderly people searching for a home to come across an estate agent of the quality of this one.Without exception this branch has staff who really care about the service they give you and that reflects in the atmosphere of the office and its combined approach to potential customers. In particular we must mention Rachel Smiles who received the short straw with us ,but handled it with patience , an ever listening ear and an always prepared to go to go the extra mile attitude. Five star service My husband and I used the services provided by Rachel and David in the Houghton Le Spring office to gain a sales valuation. We have recently had extensive work carried out on our property and were debating whether now was the time to sell it or stay for a while longer. The service that we experienced was far superior to other agents we have used in the past. Rachel has a lovely friendly manner and is very easy to talk to and has a thorough knowledge of her job. When David came to give us the valuation he was very smart and punctual which is a plus point in my book. He talked us through all the pros and cons, he had an extensive knowledge of the local area and of the estate agent business. I would not hesitate to use this company again I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Five star service, thanks again.

To cut long story short i got told i definitely had a mortgage through them and after 4 months of running round getting stuff for mortgage firm (who would say very little to me as i had to go through your move as they were sorting the mortgage!) Ended up getting refused and left approx £1200 out of pocket! After this experience i wouldnt recommend them to anyone!

Rachel, Rachael and Sue are great at YourMove in Houghton! I was very anxious at first for putting our property on the market. But they explained everything and made it very easy to understand. Just finished the process of placing an offer on a house. Rachel and Sue at the Houghton office have been fantastic, very helpful. Took the time to explain things to me and my partner as we are first time buyers. Would definitely recommend!
