From the outset with Ian Taylor providing a "realistic" value, to market the property, I have always felt comfortable and connected. Whilst this was an endurance of over 3 years, to eventually complete the sale, I never once doubted the application and drive of Annaleigh and her team of Maddy, Joanne and James. However, a big mention has to go to Angela in the after sales team, who diplomatically nurtured the sale to completion.

I moved to Your Move estate agents ( Durham ) after using another agent for several months without any success. I found them diligent , courteous and above all professional. I felt they were personally invested in selling my house and throughout the process were following up without having to be chased which was refreshing. Nicky and Annaleigh were excellent and info moved freely and seamlessly between them. Effortless Process with YourMove Durham, We had the initial property viewing with Mike who was very friendly, on-time and knowledgeable about the property. Nicky was our main contact for the rental and was a pleasure to deal with, very kind and helpful. Also a special thanks to Chloe for her assistance with the application, and to Annaliegh & Joanne for being so friendly and accommodating. With regards to referencing, honestly not the best, besides the usual red-tape issues with reference agencies found them very restrictive but thats a separate issue, as long as you have all your records everything should run smooth. We recently moved to Scotland from Durham and used Your Move in Durham to sell our house in Belmont. The move was a tricky one with us moving to Scotland and having to use separate solicitors on either side of the border, but more so as our buyer was a Hong Kong national. Needless to say things went a bit pear shaped at times with this scenario, and this is where Nikki and her team came into their own and essentially took over organising our buyer in the absence of any support from his online conveyancer Needless to say we are very grateful to Nikki and her team for stepping up in this way as without doubt the chain would have collapsed had they not stepped in and helped our buyer. Ultimately the move was successful thanks to Nikki and her team - not forgetting Sue in sales progression who was also instrumental in the process in working with Nikki, ourselves and our overseas buyer. Thanks to all involved in getting the deal across the line and our house move complete.
