How can i put this, the team at Your Move in Houghton le Spring could not be any more helpful than they were, the women who work there, Leighanne, Rachel and Rachael, were patient, and went above and beyond to help us, even though my husband had been a bit of a pain in the first instance about viewing the property. Me makeing apointments to view properties then cancelling them, then making appointments to review the property, we are now in the throws of buying, they work as a great team, they seem to help each other out where needed, and i can't miss out Dave who was in the office when we called last week, he was very nice as well.

I actually didn’t buy my house with this estate agent but had to use them as a third party to complete my sale. Rachel was amazing and lovely to speak to. Rachael/Rachel, Leighanne/Anya Extremely helpful when I needed to find somewhere quickly when my Landlord sold the flat, and went above and beyond in helping me secure somewhere to live, when I really needed help. Rachael/Rachel not sure if they are the same person, was/were utterly professional and courteous, and it is difficult to highlight just how Special, Leighanne is. Houghton office David arrived to value my dad’s home to either rent or sell. His advice was invaluable and we decide upon the rental market. Leading us to Rachel, Rachael and Leighanne. These ladies are so professional and knowledgeable. The house was rented out quickly. These ladies have taken away the stress for me and I feel confident in their abilities to see through all the paperwork and calls needed. My wife and I were delighted with the service at Your Move Houghton le spring. The staff members David, Rachael, Rachel, Leighanne and June were always helpful and genuine. What I appreciated most about our experience was the fact that David deterred us from selling our BTL investment in 2021 and recommended we hold and rent for another 12 months when I first got in touch with them.
