A big thank you to all at your move Houghton branch (David, Rachel, Rachael, Hannah & Leighanne) for being so friendly and supportive during selling our home. We’ve had previous experiences trying to sell with other agents but this time has been so much smoother. I have had so many questions throughout the process and have always had a timely response via email and been greeted very warmly via telephone. Majority of viewings being completed by the team meaning less stress for ourselves and the feedback was always delivered quickly. We’ve been kept up to date throughout and would definitely recommend to others wanting to sell in the area!

Absolutely zero stars for the Your Move branch in Houghton. Purchased a property from them and from a seller's point of view, their customer service is non existent. They are unhelpful and their blasé attitude is shocking. If you find a house for sale with Your Move Houghton, the best thing you can do is look to see if it's being sold with another vendor first!

Honestly couldn't fault the service me and my partner received especially after our not so good experience with our previous landlord. I'm a vulnerable adult and it has really helped ease my anxiety and stress levels receiving a friendly, efficient and professional service. The welcome gift box after getting our keys was also a lovely surprise and added touch!

Rented a house through your move and Joanne and Josh were great! Answered all of my questions when I didn't really know what I was doing. Not planning on moving soon but will definitely rent through them again and recommend to friends!

What a joy for two elderly people searching for a home to come across an estate agent of the quality of this one.Without exception this branch has staff who really care about the service they give you and that reflects in the atmosphere of the office and its combined approach to potential customers. In particular we must mention Rachel Smiles who received the short straw with us ,but handled it with patience , an ever listening ear and an always prepared to go to go the extra mile attitude. Thank you sincerely for all that you did for us both.

Five star service My husband and I used the services provided by Rachel and David in the Houghton Le Spring office to gain a sales valuation. We have recently had extensive work carried out on our property and were debating whether now was the time to sell it or stay for a while longer. The service that we experienced was far superior to other agents we have used in the past. Rachel has a lovely friendly manner and is very easy to talk to and has a thorough knowledge of her job. When David came to give us the valuation he was very smart and punctual which is a plus point in my book. He talked us through all the pros and cons, he had an extensive knowledge of the local area and of the estate agent business. I would not hesitate to use this company again I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Five star service, thanks again.

As a first time buyer, Rachel and Leighanne guided me through the process, explaining things in simple terms, providing reassurance and understanding to the many questions about the procedures involved with buying my first home. A pleasure to use and would definitely recommend this agency to any buyer.

To cut long story short i got told i definitely had a mortgage through them and after 4 months of running round getting stuff for mortgage firm (who would say very little to me as i had to go through your move as they were sorting the mortgage!) Ended up getting refused and left approx £1200 out of pocket! After this experience i wouldnt recommend them to anyone!
