I have sold my house & also bought a house with your move. I have never sold a house before so I was worried as i didnt have a clue how it all worked. I can't thank Sharon Macfeggan at your Washington branch enough she has been amazing, always keeps me up to date with everything, she is so reassuring & helpful and always on top of everything. She has talked me through the process & been in contact every step of the way. She's always so friendly. Also thank you to Callum who has been a fantastic help too, again he has kept me reassured and if Sharon wasn't available he was always happy to help me. Sophie was extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. She helped us to sell our property, buy our dream home and arrange our new mortgage. I had my property up for sale with another agent for 7 weeks and had no viewings. As I was eager to sell I went through rightmove to see which agent in Washington had sold the most properties and I identified Your Move. From my first call into the office, I found the team to be polite and eager to sell my property. I dealt with Sophie and Sharon throughout and they were very professional. The girls in the office managed to sell my property within 7 days and generated several viewings in this time. They gave regular feedback and were very proactive generating the viewings and negotiating the sale. I would highly recommend their services.

After trying to sell our house with another company for 8 months, we decided to put the property on the market with yourmove after a discussion with Sophie at the Washington branch.
