I would like to share my wonderful experience of selling our house with Yourmove estate agents, Sunderland. Gail has a strong understanding of the local area and rental market and consistently gives clear advice on how to achieve the best possible rent. She is excellent at marketing and presenting properties so they are shown in the best light, and she manages tenants efficiently and professionally. I cannot recommend this team enough! Sam, both Sarahs (yes, two of them, double the brilliance), Amy, and Maddison were absolute lifesavers during my move. From the very start, they were attentive, patient, and somehow managed to keep me sane through the chaos. I’m convinced they all deserve medals… or at least a long holiday after dealing with me! They went above and beyond, answering every question (even the silly ones), calming my nerves, and making sure everything went as smoothly possible. If I ever have to move again I’d use them in a heartbeat. But as I joked after the completion, I suspect they’d all quit if they heard I was selling again!
