Then Annaleigh and her team took over the marketing. It wasnt long before fresh viewings started and we secured a sale. First time using Your Move. James was friendly and gave a realistic valuation. Once we decided to use Your Move, he arranged the photos on the same day which was great. Then, the house went up online very quickly. Found a buyer within a month. Maddy and Annaleigh during the sales were great at communication. Your Move also offer different payment options which I liked and they also had a sale progression person chasing between seller and the buyer. After using other estate agents in the past, I would highly recommend this estate agent.

From the outset with Ian Taylor providing a "realistic" value, to market the property, I have always felt comfortable and connected. Whilst this was an endurance of over 3 years, to eventually complete the sale, I never once doubted the application and drive of Annaleigh and her team of Maddy, Joanne and James. However, a big mention has to go to Angela in the after sales team, who diplomatically nurtured the sale to completion.

I moved to Your Move estate agents ( Durham ) after using another agent for several months without any success. I found them diligent , courteous and above all professional. I felt they were personally invested in selling my house and throughout the process were following up without having to be chased which was refreshing. Nicky and Annaleigh were excellent and info moved freely and seamlessly between them. I would also like to mention Ian who was realistic and professional at the outset when establishing my relationship with Your Move. Effortless Process with YourMove Durham, We had the initial property viewing with Mike who was very friendly, on-time and knowledgeable about the property. Nicky was our main contact for the rental and was a pleasure to deal with, very kind and helpful. Also a special thanks to Chloe for her assistance with the application, and to Annaliegh & Joanne for being so friendly and accommodating. With regards to referencing, honestly not the best, besides the usual red-tape issues with reference agencies found them very restrictive but thats a separate issue, as long as you have all your records everything should run smooth.
