Huge thank you to Gemma, Erin, Claire, and Ang at Your Move Rowlands Gill! I had three estate agents come out to view my property, and Your Move really stood out. The other two were included as part of an incentive, but I ended up choosing (and paying separately for) Your Move because of how well they came across. They were genuinely passionate, highly engaged, and had excellent knowledge of the local area. As a result, I had plenty of viewings and the house sold within a week. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future if I’m buying or selling in the area. A special mention as well to June in after sales, who was fantastic throughout, keeping me updated every step of the way and making the whole process feel smooth and stress free.

Very nice experience from start to finish. Alex came out to do a valuation and spent a long time getting to know the house. He notices every detail. He quoted us after sepnding a long time chatting to determine where it should be priced and we felt he was accurate. He left us with the quote and thanked us for our time. No pressure to sign up and we were fully informed. Called up to confirm we wanted to go ahead and they managed to squeeze us in for photographs before the bank holiday. Alex came out again and took all the photographs. These were really well done with good lighting. From there Bridie, Claire and Abi worked really had chasing and coordinating viewings for the house. When we called the office it didn't matter who you spoke to they all knew what was happening and answered our questions. These guys managed to get us a buyer in 2 weeks. Excellent service.

We had an okay experience with YM at this branch, until it came time when we recieved a Section 21 notice, and handed in our keys. Our keys were dropped off at this branch on the correct day but no communication came from this branch to wherever the letting team works. Which meant when they realised that we hadn't paid the rent on the property we were no longer in, we recieved an email staying we had missed a payment from their collections team. When informed about this mistake it was called a "minor accidental error", which is astounding when talking about something like this. We eventually recieved the check-out document which was carried out 9 days after moving out, our deposit was eventually released to us in full but only 1 day before a dispute would have been put forward to the DPS.

I rushed north to view one house on this team's books and headed back 5 days later while Abi was writing me a memoranium of sale on another. This was caused by my best man fulfilling his promise to my late wife to move me near my family. In this intense period we were repeated 'phoning or visiting the office and constantly adjusted requirements so had dealings with Bridie, Claire and Alex. They managed to keep track and cope with efficiency and empathy. They also coped with one of us who was used to getting projects done and the other who was likely share lots of background information.

I've recently completed on a house after 8 months of a long hard slog to finding a place and being successful on having an offer accepted, followed by a very difficult purchase process. I can't recommend Abi, Bridie, Claire, Alex and Duncan enough. They have been absolute rocks and gone above and beyond the call of duty time and time again to see me through from viewings to completion. There have been hiccups and miscommunications along the way but you could not want for better customer service, they have consistently made every effort to put hiccups and miscommunications right. This would not have been the case with a lesser team and it is a credit to them, their working dynamic together, their ethos towards their roles and their dedication to customer service. There have been times lately when Abi, Bridie and Clare have mediated very challenging and intense situations to ensure negotiations remain smooth and successful, I have been acutely aware throughout that this really, is beyond their remit. Further, that in reality, their service is to their client, the seller and not to me and yet you would not for a second have thought this was the case over the last 8 months. Any house buyer knows how many agents from different companies you come into contact with during a search so hand on my heart, I've seen the good, the bad and the ugly over this search and previously. It gets bad. However, Your Move Rowlands Gill excel in their field and quickly build rapport which makes you feel like family. Whether buying or selling, it would be a shame to look past these guys. Professional, prepared, honest and accurate in their advice. There were no games or overt sales tactics just professionalism and superb listening skills.
