From the two viewings, through the offers process and beyond the staff I’ve dealt with, namely, Abi, Alex, Claire and Bridie were all so friendly and straightforward it’s been a genuine pleasure working with them to get the process complete. This branch just made our dreams come true. We have purchased our dream home through Your Move Rowlands Gill and their service has been first class. The whole team (Abi, Bridie, Claire & Alex) are all very informative, helpful and approachable. I would however like to give a special mention to Abi, she has been outstanding, even when I have harassed her on her days off she has gone above and beyond to assist me with queries and extra viewings when required. Recently, they were notified by neighbours that the smoke alarms were going off in the vacant properly, as I was unable to attend due to work, Claire went up and rectified the problem. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys and I cannot recommend enough.

We have been very impressed by the service we have received from all the staff at Your Move, Rowlands Gill branch. This is our second contact with them as we also bought the property we are now selling through them a few years ago too. Abi, Alex, Ang and Claire have all been amazing and facilitated viewings regularly which have resulted in an offer being accepted within a couple of weeks of the property going up for sale.
