The team at Your Move acted as agents selling our family home after 71 years. It is a beautiful, one-off property which, despite being in overall sound condition, did need modernising for today's market expectations. Not your average, run of the mill sale. We chose Your Move on the recommendation of the previous agent, who was retiring. For that suggestion, and his Sterling work before that, we must thank Bill. The care and attention we received from Sharon, Julia and John throughout the whole process was first rate. Because none of our family now live in the North East, we had to rely on the team to handle all aspects of the sales process, from initial viewings onwards. I really can't recommend the Chester-le-Street team at Your Move enough. Julia had the initiative to contact me about a house she thought would interest me. Julia, Sharon, and Emily were super supportive with the purchase and the sale of my property. John was very patient and supportive with a difficult sale of my property. We recently purchased a property through this estate agents. Things unfortunately did not go smoothly (no reflection on the estate agent) and in all it took 6 months from the offer being accepted until completion. Throughout the process all the team we spoke to in the office were helpful, polite and understanding even when we were totally frustrated. We can't thank Sharon MacFeggan enough, when things got difficult and we were ready to pull out she was at the end of the phone. Sharon kept the whole thing on track liaising regularly with solicitors and updating us every week without fail. As we said to her when we finally collected our keys, she really went above and beyond. We wouldn't hesitate in using this estate agents in the future and we have definitely recommended them to family and friends.

Excellent service from all involved in the sale of our property at CLS Yourmove. Sharon and Julia were brilliant in arranging viewings and following up with prospective buyers, their communication was always prompt and frequent and they gave us great advice every step of the way. When we had a bad experience with a buyer who let us down, they were right there, sorting things out and getting the ball rolling again and we had new viewings and a new buyer sorted in no time. Emily was fairly new to the business and got involved when needed and was very helpful. John carried on the good work, keeping us updated once a sale had been agreed, liaising with solicitors and buyer etc. All in all they worked really well as a team, gave us good advice, a great service and were friendly and approachable throughout, nothing was too much trouble.
