GoogleSold my house the first day Steve came to value it, from then on the girls in the office were fantastic. Georgia, Sharon and Julia were always on hand when I needed them .They kept me up to date with every development and even sorted a solicitor for me to handle the sale and purchase when due to the stamp duty holiday I was being turned down by solicitors because they were all swamped with business. GoogleI recently purchased a property with the help of Your Move Chester Le Street. The Your Move staff were very professional and incredibly responsive to enquiries from both sides. The office staff (in particular Georgia, Julia and Sharon) were lovely, reliable, and nothing ever seem to be too much trouble for them. The sales team were sure to keep me informed during the final stages making that part of the experience stress-free. GoogleIn these troubling and confusing times, I was really worried about making a move. I also really detest estate agents. But I called the office and spoke to a wonderful lady called Sharon who told me just how busy the market is at the moment, walked me through the moving process and costs (as I haven't moved for over 20 years) and really put my mind at ease. You hear alot of bad stick about estate agents nowadays. Then you speak to agents like Sharon and her team at Your Move. GoogleMyself and my partner recently moved into our first amazing brand new home. The service we received from the team at Your Move, especially Julia, was second to none. From placing a deposit to secure the property right through to completion, we were always made to feel so welcome in the Branch and every member of staff always had a smile on their face and were more than happy to help. The purchase of the house went through quickly and without any issues, largely due to the staff willing to go above and beyond to ensure the process ran as smoothly as possible for us. You can tell they really do care about their customers! It has been an absolute pleasure and a great bonus working with the team at the Chester-Le-Street branch and we would like to thank them for the fantastic work they do.

GoogleWe were first time buyers, not really knowing anything about the process. Your move were really helpful but particularly John. We had some obstacles in our sale and without johns hard work we might still have been waiting for some solutions. He was always so helpful and understanding. It was very stressful but without johns help it would have been so much more stress. The ladies at the office were also lovely. After a very stressful “moving day” long story short we didn’t get our keys until 10 min to closing at 5:50 on Friday, the ladies at the office said they would wait for us, as we sat in traffic so we could actually move over the weekend. Our solicitors and others won’t get such a good review.. however I would like to thank John for his great service and caring nature he did go above and beyond to help us.

GoogleHave had a roller coaster ride in the last year regarding sale of our property, and trying to find a new one. Have finally completed sale early April. Must say a massive "thank you" to Julia and Nicky in the office who have been excellent throughout, and provided great support, keeping us positive in the difficult times. Also once sale was agreed subject to contract, then the Sales support team, particularly John, we're so good at keeping us up to date, and looking after our interests to ensure the sale was completed. Based on this experience, would strongly recommend this team in Chester le Street to anyone needing an estate agent, many thanks again to you all.

During the process there were many obstacles and issues, and Sharon Macfeggan, Sales Manager, was superb on every occasion. I cannot thank Sharon enough.
