What an excellent service from start to finish. We felt assured that the staff at the branch would take care of everything, and ensure a professional service for us, nothing was too much trouble. Kirsty, the branch manager at Consett was instrumental in ensuring our sale went smoothly. Sam Crunden was great at the start of the process for our valuation, Sam Hannant was brilliant at commuicating with us throughout the selling and buying process, and Carol Herdman was excellent at offering us feedback and reviewing our file throughout. We also spoke with Penny and Izzy when arranging viewings and they were all very professional. We would highly recommend.

This is the first time I have had to sell a property, and I was told it was one of the most stressful things you can do in your life, thankfully this was not the case using Your Move in Consett. From the first phone call I had with them I felt assured they were the right choice, when they originally visited to value the property they explained and answered all my questions clearly, throughout the sale I was kept updated and since I couldn't make many appointments myself they were there to assist which was great. The entire team at Consett were fantastic but I would like to mention Penny, Sam and Carol in particular who I dealt with mostly throughout the sale who went above and beyond each and every time I needed them. To sum up, as you have probably guessed, I would highly recommend Your Move Consett if you are looking to sell your property, you will not be disappointed.

Joanne and the team have been nothing more than exceptional, they had bent over backwards to get the ball rolling for us as we were under immense pressure to move house due to unforeseen circumstances. Within 7 days of viewing the property and us deciding we wanted it, Joanne had all the paperwork and referencing ready to go and the house was ready to move in. We wouldn't ever go to another agent. Arrived at the property full of smiles, and with a professional camera to take photos of the property, ensured that they were showing all aspects of the rooms etc. She has been patient with me whilst I made some other decisions on the selling process.
