GoogleYour Move Consett are fab. We trusted your move with the sale of our house and it’s been the best decision we’ve made. I’ve dealt with Kirsty, Annette and Samantha the most I think and they’ve been absolutely fantastic, settled all of my worries and queries. Can’t recommend them enough. The rest of the team have also been fantastic too!

GoogleI used Your Move to rent my house, I believe Sam did the initial value of the house and she was great. Emily then did all of the work there after, she was brilliant, quick responses and made it a very easy process! I was very specific on the type of tenant I wanted and she narrowed this down with enquiry’s. Great to negotiate with too. When I went in to office everyone was welcoming and helpful when Emily wasn’t available too. Thanks for all your help. Great service

GoogleSelling or buying houses can be tricky, but yet again Your Move (Consett) have made this process effortless. From the initial contact with Kirsty, to the Valuation with Sam and then finally back to Kirsty for the sale; the whole system has worked great. I work away so they have kept me updated every step of the way, completed viewings on my behalf and most importantly valued and marketed my house correctly so that it sold within 3 weeks of being on the market. Couldn't recommend this team highly enough

GoogleSuperb service from start to finish! Your Move took over from another National agent who proved to be understaffed, and clearly worked hard to find us a buyer, without once trying the old trick of asking us to reduce our price. Most impressive of all is their sales progression department (Sue and Kirsty), who take over once a buyer is on board, chase everything up, and keep you informed. This is a really valuable part of the service, especially when, as is common, your solicitor is somewhat less than pro-active. Highly recommended :)
