I’ve had such a brilliant experience with Your Move, and I really want to mention the amazing team who helped me along the way. Tracey was fantastic right from the start, she valued my property and instantly put me at ease with her friendly, professional approach. Julie has been an absolute superstar throughout the whole process. She kept everything moving, always stayed one step ahead, and was incredibly supportive, especially when I had questions about my onward purchase. Nothing was ever too much trouble for her, and her calm, reassuring manner made such a difference. And whenever Julie wasn’t around, Susan stepped in seamlessly. She was just as helpful, knowledgeable, and kind, making sure I never felt stuck or left waiting. The whole team genuinely went above and beyond for me, and I’m so grateful for everything they did. I’d recommend Your Move without hesitation.

My first contact with Your Move, with Tracey Cooper, was very positive. Tracey went over and above what I had asked of her, volunteering extremely useful information which I hadn't known before. Because of this I decided to let my property using Your Move to manage it. Helen Stokes and Nikita Kohl have helped me through the letting process and continue to manage the property, they have been hugely helpful, communicative, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Sat on the sofa with my post move pizza and need to give a big thanks to the Yourmove team! And a big emphasis on “Team”, each time I called the office and spoke to Ella, Susan, Julie, Tracey, Tom or Helen, they knew what was going on with my case. And if they didn’t , they were incredibly proactive in getting the information to put our minds to rest or move the process forwards. Would I use them again? 100%, you get a first class service. There are parts of the house move process that can be stressful, but none of those were ever caused by the Yourmove team. Thank you all for helping up make the next step in our life.

Great service from all the ladies in the Whitley Bay Branch in helping my 84 year old Mother’s sale and purchase go through. Two years ago I engaged them to sell my flat. Then nothing much happened. They had over-priced it, the write-up (details) was poor & had to be re-done. However the worst aspect was their up-front "photograph fee" which no other agent I know demands. It came to nothing as very few viewings followed. My advice is to go elsewhere. Thankfully my property did (eventually) see through an independent, local agent.

Julie and Susan went above and beyond for me and they and all the team are so lovely and personable. I was trying to buy a house from them so I wasn’t even technically their customer, but that made no difference to their service. The sale fell through but through absolutely no fault of theirs, they kept me informed every step of the way and I was confident they were doing everything possible for me. Even after the sale fell through Julie still checked in to see if I needed further help and if I’d found anywhere else! Could not recommend them enough, they deserve nothing but praise!

From the very first point of contact they were brilliant, very supportive and patient. I believe throughout my sale I must have spoken to the whole team at one time or another and all were excellent and quick to provide me with any help I needed. At the beginning I mainly dealt with Julia who kept me informed and up to date with how things were progressing, then I moved over to Sharon who also provided me with all the support I needed to help me with my first ever sale thru to completion. At no point did I feel abandoned or left in limbo and i knew I was able to call to discuss any issues or queries I may have had. They were professional throughout, with excellent communication at every stage and so reassuring from the beginning. From the initial chats and ongoing guidance with Julia Johnson, the valuation with Tracey Cooper which was so sensitively done, Ella Bryden who arranged many many viewings, the professionalism from Sharon Brown (who was the constant) and calm/experienced overview from Susan Usher were all absolutely brilliant (the other members of the team were also excellent).
