Thank you for the feedback you have provided. We appreciate any feedback from our customers whether that be good or bad as both are integral to ensuring we are operating in a manner which meets the high standards we set for ourselves and that we strive to provide to our customers. We do aim to get sales over the line within a timely manner this does mean regular updates to and from solicitors so we can report back to our clients with progress reports, when your survey was delayed for more than 6 weeks from May until the end of June our client was more than accommodating due to your circumstances, he did not pressure you or instruct us to re-market the property. With regards to the keys, we can only deliver keys that we have been given by our client and we would always recommend a lock change especially as you purchased a rental property. We were unaware of the items left in the property they must have been the previous tenants and an oversite, to which I apologise for, however following your email several attempts were made via email and telephone calls to have the items removed, our client can assure you the clearance company was not a bogus company, and he had paid them to carry out the removal. We are happy and satisfied that this has now been sorted out for you and hope that you are happy with your new home. Assuring you of our best attentions Susan Usher Branch Manager
