GoogleI used Your Move in Whitley Bay to sell my property recently. They were excellent, especially Julie! They kept me updated with information about potential buyers on a regular basis. They were proactive in dealing with potential issues and when the process seemed to stall near the end, Julie went above and beyond of what would be expected to see the sale finally through. I found all staff professional and pleasant to deal with and I would certainly recommend the office with no hesitation.

GoogleWent in to collect the keys of a relatives property that was being sold with your move. A senior member of staff, potentially even the manager (will not name) commented and joked in front of myself and 3 or 4 colleagues in the open shop about the property. I apologised but left feeling humiliated. Totally unprofessional. Took the property off the market with your move the next day and sold it with Pattinson very soon after. Would not recommend.
