What can you say about "Your Move Whitley Bay"? As a team very professional, performance as an individual excellent. Tracy valued my property and explained how she would market the property; she was very positive and professional. Kay took over from Tracy, wow. This young lady has management potential, nothing was a problem. All issues were sorted before I was informed of the the position, Kay performed her job over and above what would be expected of an Estate Agent or any employee. Would give 0 stars if I could . Was supposed to be viewing a few properties and the estate agent continually ignored me , ignored my calls , ignored my messages , didn’t show me the 2 houses . When I phoned the estate agent I kept been given excuses like he’s on his lunch and he will phone you after and he never did . The worst estate agent I have dealt with , so unhelpful and absolutely no customer service skills
