GoogleUnfortunately I have had retract my rave review of Your Move, this is not a reflection of the staff of Whitley Bay Office, but the complete ineptitude of all the divisions and departments behind the scenes. My experience was of dreadful communication, misleading information, never getting a straight answer, and charging a fortune. It was the worst management I have ever had on buy to lets. The litany of mistakes would take far too long to list, but it was an immensely stressful experience.NegativeProfessionalism

In a market as hectic as Whitley Bay's is, Your Move did a great job of finding us the best qualified buyers and managing the process as smoothly and quickly as I could have imagined. We went from valuation to moved in a shade over three months, and the team kept us well-informed throughout, although special mention must go to Julie, who handled our sale with true professionalism and friendliness.
