Kay, Rachel and the whole Whitley Bay branch were ace! We recently successfully applied to rent a property in Whitley Bay through this branch and from the beginning they were incredibly helpful, professional and fair in every aspect of the process. The particular property we looked at was attracting a lot of attention so viewing was back-to-back. Despite this, Rachel took the time to show us around and answer questions. We expressed interest and Rachel was fair in making no promises and explaining she would let us know if we were successful. Once our offer was accepted, Kay was on hand to guide us through the paperwork, in person. The whole branch were very personable and the process was a laugh. Rachel kept in touch with us for updates on the referencing process and before long we were ready to go. The final step in branch was super easy and Graham from Embrace Financial Services walked us through some financial advice before Rachel handed us our keys. Could not recommend these guys enough, they really went above and beyond compared to the other estate agents in the area.

Having recently recieved the keys to our new property, Helen, the letting manager was an absolute delight from start to finish. She was so lovely to speak to from first viewing the property to receiving the keys, always at hand with any questions & worked with us with our needs/time frames to move etc. Absolutely fantastic service and we are so happy to be moving into our new home knowing we have the likes of Helen at the end of the phone if needed. Having used Your Move for property management about 18months now I have been very pleased with their services. All staff have been very helpful and professional but I have mainly dealt with Helen Stokes, who is an asset to the company, always going above and beyond to help resolve any queries or issues.

Really good experience with a difficult transaction that at times looked like it would never come off! Staff are very friendly and helpful, Tom in particular was amazing and went above and beyond to keep me informed and chase the other parties involved. Don’t have anything negative to say about these guys!

My experience with YourMove was excellent, I was well looked after by Helen and Tom, both were always easy to contact and kept me fully informed of what was going on and they were quick to help, as my first time renting a property they couldn’t have made the process any easier for me

I have used the services of Your Move in Whitley Bay to find tenants for rental property. They are friendly and have always come up trumps when securing a new tenant. I have a great working relationship with them and Helen who manages the lettings department has a wealth of experience and always very helpful. I would recommend them to any landlord as they are very knowledgeable and professional.

We have been involved with Your Move for almost 7 months now, buying our new house was supposed to go through in less than 3 months. It has dragged along to only now finally being within touching distance through NO fault at Your Move. All the while Gillian has been outstanding. She has chased and harried those who needed to be and been calm and reassuring with us. Now at the end of this whole ordeal we know for a fact that she is as excited as we are. We honestly don't think this would have ever happened without her. We cannot praise her, and all those she works with highly enough.
