I had a really positive experience with Sarah and the team throughout my house purchase. Sarah was particularly helpful and always very quick to respond, which I really appreciated when trying to get everything organised during the purchase. Jess and Sarah were also always friendly and helpful whenever I spoke to them on the phone. Estate agents often have a bad reputation, and I’ve personally had some very poor experiences with estate agents in the past. However, I genuinely didn’t have a single negative experience with Sarah and the team during my purchase. They were friendly, helpful, responsive and made the whole process as straightforward as possible. A special thank you to Sarah and Jess for all their help. I’d definitely recommend them.

Excellent experience with Your Move, especially Jessica and Sarah. After a bad experience with a previous estate agent who did not deliver on their promises, the difference here was huge. From the start, it felt like I was in good hands. Sarah was very knowledgeable and clearly knew exactly what she was doing. Communication from both Sarah and Jessica was incredible throughout the whole process. They always kept me updated, explained what was happening, and were always available if I needed anything. Nothing was ever too much trouble. No matter what I asked for, they were always happy to help. Sarah even offered to regularly check on my empty flat to make sure everything was OK, which really showed how much they cared. Without doubt the best estate agency I have dealt with. I would recommend them to anyone. Excellent service from start to finish.

We recently sold our house with Your Move Wallsend and cannot recommend them enough. We mainly liaised with Sarah who was always so professional, kind, helpful, practical and responsive. However, we spoke with the entire team (Jess, Chloe, Harry and Jessica) during the process and have nothing but good things to say about everyone. We chose to sell with YMW after Jessica valued our house, and what struck us most was how personable she was, and this was reflected by the whole team. I’ve just rented my first home. When I applied I got a phone call the same day of Jessica shorter and she was so helpful and understanding, she really helped with the next steps I needed to take she was brilliant. Secondly during the signing of my tenancy and at this time Jessica was not in so I was talking to Chloe and I met her in person and she was very helpful in guiding me with what I needed.
